Water view house
A minimalist, functional and modern house with an area of 300 sq.m. was designed by our team on a plot near the water in a cottage town in the Kyiv region. A feature of the project is water, which can be accessed directly from the site. The windows of all rooms, even the bathrooms, and the terrace overlook the bay of the Kyiv Sea, where you can watch the sunset every evening. Facade materials – natural wood, metal, stone, sun-protective wooden pergolas.
The first room in the house is a spacious hall with stairs along the wall with natural stone decoration. A separate individual development in the project is a wooden railing sunk into a niche in the wall. The large kitchen-living room has floor-to-ceiling windows, a fireplace, an area with a sofa and armchairs, a dining area and a functional kitchen.
Geothermal heat pumps and water convectors are also used in the project, which corresponds to modern energy-saving technologies in the field of engineering. Photo: Sergey Polyushko
