It differs in architecture of facades from its previous relatives by more modern solutions, but it is also made in warm natural materials: brick, wood, stone. The color scheme is selected in the same vein as the houses of the first stage of the town. A feature of this project is the second floor, which hangs with the console over the terrace of the first floor . As in our previous projects, the terrace overlooks the back yard and has a view of the forest. Although the area behind the house can hardly be called a courtyard, because the general plan was designed without fences and a clear division of the plots.
