Stanislav Vincenzes Museum and Multiculturalism

The museum is dedicated to the life and work of the
philosopher and writer Stanislav Vincenz and the combination
of different ethnic cultures and the memory and traditions of the Hutsul region.
The project of the museum complex in the Carpathians, developed by TSEH Architectural Group, has two blocks – 1-
storey, on which the main facade is located, and 2-storey, which has a hotel part and overlooks the Black Cheremosh River. The peculiarity of the planning decision is that the two-
storey block of the complex is hidden behind a single-storey block with the help of the existing relief difference.
– Ground floor – to the right of the lobby group is a cafe and its production facilities, to the left – the exhibition and museum shop, as well as lecture halls;
– The second floor – to the right of the elevator-staircase hall –
the hotel part, to the left the administrative area, the
conference hall, the library and the entrance to the upper tiers of the lecture hall.
In the two-light space of the hall on the 1st floor there is a lobby group, stairs to the second floor, elevator,
museum shop, which form a passage that leads to the backyard to the terrace of the cafe and continues by a ramp bridge to the river Black Cheremosh.
The exposition part has 2 levels with a difference of 1.5 m, connected by ramps, repeating the terrain, conveying the character of the landscape. The museum warehouse, located
on the way from the 1st level of the exposition to the 2nd level,
is planned to be made open for visiting by the exhibition space with restoration galleries.
On the second floor, the library hall and the entrance to the lecture hall, which connects both floors, open onto the hall.
