Cottage town in Kozin
The project of the cottage town includes 4 standard individual residential buildings, an administrative center, a children’s zone, a promenade, an outdoor cafe-bar, 2 swimming pools (an overflow and artificial lake), a public barbecue area on the grass by the water, a pier, a grassy and sandy beach, sports ground, multifunctional sports field. A total of 24 houses were designed, each has a garage and guest parking. The entire public area and recreation of the town are located along the river.
