Cottage town near Kiev
The pandemic has made its own adjustments in our lives, and in architecture too. More and more people decide to live outside the city in their beautiful individual residential building, but not everyone has time to order, develop and build one. That is why the construction of well-thought-out and modern cottage townships is now very important. In this cottage town project, which was developed by our team, public areas, conceptual children’s spaces, a pedestrian promenade, a community center, swimming pools, a bay, beaches and proper landscaping were designed. Two typical houses in modern design have two finishes – dark and light shades.
