Cottage Town “Crystal Forest”
The cottage town “Crystal Forest” is a project of the street of modern houses that have the same volume and plans, but differ in different finishing materials. The model residential building in this project turned out to be compact 210 square meters, but very functionally saturated. It has two upper lights, a living room, a kitchen-dining room, two terraces (on the first and second floors), three bedrooms. Large panoramic aluminum windows and facades are finished with thermo-wood and porcelain stoneware. Correct orientation on insolation and placement on the general site of the town. Large spacious living room with a ceiling height of 4.5m. Panoramic windows to the floor in all living rooms and the kitchen. The staircase is fully lit by daylight. The second floor cantilever hangs over part of the terrace of the first floor, thereby forming a cover from rain and sun.
